Nick Guzek founded Brick by Brick Fitness for the purpose of teaching people that they are stronger than they realize. He believes becoming physically stronger is a catalyst for growth in all parts of a client’s life.
As a full time personal trainer and busy entrepreneur, Nick understands that it’s tough to find the time and energy to workout after a long and stressful workday. Through his history as a competitive bodybuilder, and his current practices of strength and conditioning and mindfulness training, he has seen first hand how greatly finding a balance between exercise, proper eating, and self development can improve the health, energy level, and overall functionality of a person's life!
Finding the time and motivation to workout and plan meals is the number one reason people fail in their health goals. Brick by Brick Fitness will help to hold you accountable, set attainable yet challenging goals, and we will develop a plan that fits in your lifestyle, not overtakes it.
