"In January of 2016 I retained the services of Nick as my personal trainer. I visit him 3 days a week. I sought out a trainer who would best help me in my healing process from knee surgery. I wanted to get back in the gym but not over do it and possible injure myself again or slow my healing. Nick really tailors my workouts to be part physical therapy and part weight-training and cardio. Four months in, I am really getting back to pre-surgery condition. Nick is very personable and takes the time to make the workouts fit each person.
